Over time I moved into roles that required more strategic thinking — product leadership, organizational design, and eventually advising on how businesses should adopt AI. Through all of it, I’ve kept one hand in the technical work: building prototypes, evaluating models, and shipping things.
I care deeply about the responsible deployment of AI — understanding where it genuinely helps, where it creates risk, and how to build the human systems around it that make the technology useful.
